Your details,
treated thoughtfully.
This notice explains how Jordan Blucher, trading as JordanBlu Weddings in Luton, UK, handles personal information when you enquire about wedding content. For privacy questions, contact ninetyiiphotographer@gmail.com.
What the enquiry form collects
Your names, email address, wedding date or flexible-date preference, venue or town, collection preference, any message you choose to send, submission time and acknowledgement of this notice. Please avoid including sensitive information about yourselves or guests in the initial enquiry.
Why it is used
Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss availability, prepare a quote and take steps at your request before a potential booking. The lawful basis for those pre-contract steps is UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Minimal abuse prevention and site security use legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). The form also creates a daily hashed identifier from connection information to help limit repeated submissions; the original IP address is not stored in the enquiry record.
Where it goes
Enquiries are stored in a hosted database supporting this website. Website hosting and infrastructure providers, including OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, process data to operate the service. Email correspondence is handled through the business email provider. Data may be processed outside the UK with applicable transfer safeguards. Enquiry details are not sold, added to a marketing mailing list, or used to post wedding content publicly.
How long it is kept
Unsuccessful enquiries are reviewed and deleted within 12 months of the last meaningful contact, unless a specific dispute or other lawful reason requires longer retention. If you book, relevant details become part of your booking records and retention arrangements will be explained with those terms. Accounting records are retained for the applicable statutory period. Access to the enquiry inbox is restricted to the studio account.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, and request portability where it applies. These rights have legal conditions. Email Jordan to make a request. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and essential services
This page does not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics. The hosting platform may use essential security, access or authentication mechanisms to provide the website and protect the studio inbox. External links and business email services have their own privacy information.
Wedding images and marketing
Enquiring does not give permission for wedding images to be used in marketing. Any public portfolio or social sharing permission will be discussed separately. The wedding imagery currently shown on this website is licensed stock photography used for visual inspiration.
